The Merrie Melodies short, The Squawkin’ Hawk, directed by Chuck Jones, and starring Henery Hawk (in his first appearance,) was released on this date.
Henery is known as “Junior” in this short. It is not until Walky Talky Hawky that he is given an actual name.
