The Merrie Melodies short, Wild About Hurry, directed by Chuck Jones, and starring Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner, was released on this date.
The roadrunner breaks the wall in a non-traditional way to end the short. This technique would be used several times in the roadrunner coyote series.
