The Looney Tunes short, Señorella and the Glass Huarache, directed by Hawley Pratt, was released on this date.
This was the last cartoon released by the original Warner Bros. studio. The studio would re-open in 1964 for DePatie-Freleng Enterprises and again in 1967 for Warner Bros.-Seven Arts.
