First we were Four
Then we were three
Now we are two.
It was a long haul but we got Olivia and Julietta up to school.We still have a bunch of Olivia’s things here at the house, (we’ll have to go back another day with them.) She got settled in and is currently enjoying the re-orientation events at Oneonta.
We got Julietta up to her off-campus house in New Paltz yesterday and helped her set up her room. Had a fun time taking her down the the Bates like basement, with the single swinging light bulb, illuminating nearly nothing, to show her how to reset any tripped fuse.
Mary and I are exhausted from the more than 12 hour round trip driving in the past two days but glad we got them up there in one piece. We will deal with Budget later today (we are lodging a formal complain with BBB over all of this.)
